Process

INTRO.

We always begin every project gathering the client and site information prior to having an on-site meeting so that we can be as efficient and productive as possible.

DESIGN.

We take the information gathered to inform us on creating the design and share this with the client for their approval in order to move on to the next phase.

DRAWINGS.

Upon client approval, we will work with the engineers to create the construction drawings that will dictate the work for the awarded contractor.

PERMITTING.

Upon client approval, we will submit and coordinate with the local jurisdiction in order to get the necessary approvals to begin construction.

CONSTRUCTION.

Upon approval by the local jurisdiction we will then hold a meeting with the client and contractor to begin the construction process.
